Eligibility Criteria

Education

• 10th & 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university norms)
• Streams Eligible:
  • BCA
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics

Other Requirements

• Graduation Year: 2024 & 2025
• Core Mathematics: Must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation
  (Note: Business Maths or Applied Maths will NOT be considered)
• Backlogs: Only 1 backlog allowed at the time of assessment (must be cleared with 6th semester)
• Education Gap: Max 3 years between 10th and graduation start; no gaps allowed during graduation
• Citizenship: Indian nationals or those with PIO/OCI status; Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide citizenship certificate
• Minimum Age: 18 years at time of registration

Selection Process

Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes)

• Verbal Ability: 20 questions – 20 mins
• Analytical Ability: 20 questions – 20 mins
• Quantitative Ability: 20 questions – 20 mins
• Written Communication Test: 20 mins

Round 2: Voice Assessment

In this assessment basically they will check candidates Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking Skills.

Round 3: Business Discussion

This round is a technical interview and HR interview. Sometimes they are conduting the interviews combined i.e. TR+HR round in one interview and some times separate two interviews depending on their bussines requirements.

Service Agreement

Selected candidates will be required to sign a 60-month service agreement.

Note: If you exit Wipro before 5 years, you must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
